Youth Platforms
The Platforms Project is our youth project aimed at inspiring and enabling young people to bring change.
As part of this project, we also create spaces to enable young people to talk about issues that matter to them. We also encourage young people and their parents to discuss difficult intergenerational issues, allowing relationships to be strengthened. We believe that by strengthening families, we strengthen communities.
We also believe ‘that nothing about us, should be done without us’. Young people’s voices should be at the heart of many decision-making processes. So we facilitate and champion co-creation and co-designing, which our experience tells us results in better policies and decisions.
