We provide welfare advice and information to ensure people are receiving the benefits and support they are entitled to.

We believe welfare support should be provided in a way that facilitates dignity, wellbeing and a decent quality of life. We therefore challenge policies and practices that fall short of this goal.

Our team helps service uses by providing up-to-date information, help with claiming including through addressing the digital deficit, and support to help users overcome other challenges and issues that they may be facing when claiming the support that they are entitled to.

Our goal is always to help service users make the most of the opportunities that are open to them.

We offer confidential user-friendly information and a referral service, which means that we provide information and support on a wide range of issues from housing to free school meal entitlement. If we are not able to help, our promise is that we will refer service users on to other local organisations that we coordinate with so that they can receive the advice and help they need.”
